Privacy

Short version: this site has no tracking, no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party scripts beyond the web font it loads.

What gets stored

Your basket is kept in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload. It never leaves your device until you choose to send an order.

What you send me

When you submit the order or contact form, the details you typed — name, email, phone, shipping address and notes — are emailed to me so I can reply with details, pricing and shipping. I use them for that order and for support afterwards, and I keep a private offline record of each order (what was ordered, when, and the payment references) for my bookkeeping. I don't sell your details, and I don't add you to any mailing list.

Payment

No payment is taken on this site, so no card details ever pass through here. Payment is completed separately with the relevant manufacturing partner.

Your choices

Want your details deleted, or a copy of what I hold? Email support@torqkraken.com and I'll sort it out.
